Cappuccino Freddo
Low and no based, shaken, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Espresso | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Sugar | 1 teaspoon |
| Milk | 60 ml (2 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Shake the espresso with the sugar and ice until frothy, then pour over ice.
- Whip the cold milk until it holds a soft foam.
- Spoon the foam over the coffee to fill the glass.
