Espresso Freddo
Low and no based, shaken, served in a highball.
The everyday order in every Greek bar from May to October.
Ingredients
| Espresso | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Sugar | 1 teaspoon |
| Water | 30 ml (1 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Pull a double espresso over the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
- Shake or whip with a few ice cubes until frothy.
