Agave based, built, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Tequila blanco | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Lime juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Ginger beer | top up, about 90 ml |
| Crème de cassis | 15 ml (½ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Pour the tequila and lime over ice in a highball.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Drizzle the cassis over the top so it sinks through.
