Batanga
Agave based, built, served in a highball.
Don Javier Delgado Corona, La Capilla, Tequila, Jalisco. Stirred with the knife used to cut the limes.
Ingredients
| Tequila blanco | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Lime juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Cola | top up, about 120 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with salt rim and lime wedge.
