Grand Margarita
IBA official cocktail, New Era. Agave based, shaken, served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
| Tequila blanco | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Grand Marnier | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Lime juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with salt rim and a lime slice.
