Batida de Maracujá

Rum based, blended, served in a rocks glass.

Brazil’s party drink. Every family blends it slightly differently.

Ingredients

Cachaça50 ml (1¾ oz)
Passion fruit purée50 ml (1¾ oz)
Condensed milk40 ml (1¼ oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Blend everything with a scoop of crushed ice for a few seconds.
  2. Pour into a rocks glass and top with more crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with passion fruit seeds.
