Barracuda
Rum based, shaken, served in a flute.
On the IBA list until the 2020 revision, and still ordered all over the Mediterranean.
Ingredients
| Gold rum | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Galliano | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Pineapple juice | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Lime juice | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Prosecco | top up, about 60 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled flute.
- Garnish with lime wheel.
