Bambus

The Bambus is a built cocktail from Adriatic and Turkey, long and fizzy. It is made with red wine and cola, served in a highball over ice.

Red wine and cola under its Balkan name. Spain calls the same drink Calimocho.

Ingredients

Red wine120 ml (4 oz)
Colatop up, about 120 ml

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Fill a highball with ice.
  2. Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
  3. Lift once gently with a barspoon.
