White Sangria
Wine based, built, served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
| Dry white wine | 150 ml (5 oz) |
| Peach schnapps | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Orange juice | 40 ml (1¼ oz) |
| Simple syrup | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Soda water | top up, about 30 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with peach and apple slices.
