Wine based, built, served in a wine glass.

Argentina and Uruguay’s summer and New Year’s Eve punch.

Ingredients

Dry white wine	150 ml (5 oz)
Orange juice	30 ml (1 oz)
Sugar	1 teaspoon
Strawberries	3 pieces
Orange slices	1 slice

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

1. Chop the fruit and let it steep in the wine, juice and sugar for at least an hour.
2. Serve cold over ice with fruit in every glass.
