The Yorsh is a built vodka cocktail from Eastern Europe and Balkans. It is made with vodka and lager, served in a highball.

Russia’s vodka-spiked beer, named after a small spiny fish.

Ingredients

Vodka50 ml (1¾ oz)
Lager300 ml (10 oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Fill a highball with ice.
  2. Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
  3. Lift once gently with a barspoon.
