White Negroni
Gin based, stirred, served in a rocks glass.

Ingredients
| Gin | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Lillet Blanc | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Suze | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir until very cold, about 30 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
