IBA official cocktail, Contemporary Classics. Gin based, shaken, served in a martini glass.
Ingredients
| Gin | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Vodka | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Lillet Blanc | 7.5 ml (¼ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
