IBA official cocktail, New Era. Brandy based, shaken, served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
| Grappa | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Honey chamomile syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Chamomile cordial | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Egg white | 5 ml (¼ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest and white grapes.
