IBA official cocktail, The Unforgettables. Gin based, stirred, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| Old Tom gin | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Dry vermouth | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Maraschino liqueur | 0.5 barspoon |
| Absinthe | 0.25 barspoon |
| Orange bitters | 3 dashes |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir until very cold, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with cherry and lemon peel.
