Ingredients
| Old Tom gin | 40 ml (1¼ oz) |
| Maraschino liqueur | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Orange bitters | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with lemon zest and a cherry.
