Tintoretto

The Tintoretto is a built cocktail from Italy, long and fizzy. It is made with pomegranate juice and prosecco, served in a flute.

A Harry’s Bar sibling of the Bellini, made with pomegranate and named after the Venetian painter.

Ingredients

Pomegranate juice30 ml (1 oz)
Proseccotop up, about 90 ml

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Fill a flute with ice.
  2. Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
  3. Lift once gently with a barspoon.
