Ti' Punch
Rum based, built, served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
| Lime wedges | 1 wedge |
| Simple syrup | 1 barspoon |
| Martinique rhum agricole | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Squeeze a small disc of lime into a rocks glass and drop it in.
- Add the cane syrup.
- Pour in the rhum agricole and stir. Ice is optional.
