Tequila Shot, Salt and Lime

Ingredients

Tequila blanco40 ml (1¼ oz)
Salt1 pinch
Lime wedges1 wedge

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Pour the tequila into a shot glass.
  2. Lick the salt from the back of your hand, drink the shot, then bite the lime.
  3. With a good 100% agave tequila, try it slowly with an orange slice instead.
