Ingredients
| Peppermint liqueur | 25 ml (¾ oz) |
| Amarula | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Pour the peppermint liqueur into a shot glass.
- Layer the Amarula over the back of a spoon so it floats in the green and gold of the national rugby shirt.
