Liqueur based, blended, served in a wine glass.

South Africa’s dessert in a glass, also made with whisky instead of Amarula.

Ingredients

Vanilla ice cream2 scoops
Amarula45 ml (1½ oz)
Fresh cream30 ml (1 oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Blend the ice cream, Amarula and cream until smooth but still thick.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and serve with a spoon and a straw.
