Wine based, built, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| Lemon sorbet | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Vodka | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Prosecco | top up, about 60 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Whisk the sorbet with the vodka until smooth.
- Fold in the prosecco slowly.
- Pour into a chilled coupe and serve with a spoon.
