Whiskey based, built, served in a flute.
Ingredients
| Bourbon | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Triple sec | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Angostura bitters | 7 dashes |
| Peychaud's bitters | 7 dashes |
| Champagne | top up, about 120 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Stir the bourbon, triple sec and both bitters with ice.
- Strain into a flute.
- Top with Champagne.
