Scooby Snack

The Scooby Snack is a shot, made with melon liqueur, coconut rum, pineapple juice and more, served in a shot glass. It is creamy and tropical.

Strength: about 12% ABV in the glass, roughly 5 g of alcohol per drink (an estimate; brands and dilution vary).

Ingredients

Melon liqueur15 ml (½ oz)
Coconut rum15 ml (½ oz)
Pineapple juice15 ml (½ oz)
Fresh cream5 ml (¼ oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled shot glass.
