Remember the Maine
IBA official cocktail, The Unforgettables. Whiskey based, stirred, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| Rye whiskey | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Sweet vermouth | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Cherry Heering | 2 barspoons |
| Absinthe | 0.5 barspoon |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir until very cold, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with cocktail cherry.
