Liqueur based, built, served in a highball.

Ingredients
| Turkish rakı | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Water | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Pour the rakı into a tall narrow glass.
- Add the same amount of cold water and it turns white.
- Serve ice in a separate glass or add it last.
