Alabama Slammer
Liqueur based, shaken, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Southern Comfort | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Amaretto | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Sloe gin | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Orange juice | 60 ml (2 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice in a highball.
- Garnish with orange slice and a cherry.
