The Pisco Sour is a dry-shaken brandy cocktail from Peru, made with pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup and more, served in a coupe. It is citrusy. It is an official IBA cocktail, in Contemporary Classics.
Credited to Victor Morris, an American bartender in Lima, in the 1920s. Peru and Chile both claim pisco as their own.
