Ingredients
| Pastis | 25 ml (¾ oz) |
| Mint syrup | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Water | 125 ml (4¼ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
