Mulled Wine
Wine based, built, served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
| Red wine | 150 ml (5 oz) |
| Brandy | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Sugar | 1 teaspoon |
| Orange slices | 1 slice |
| Cloves | 3 pieces |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 piece |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Heat the wine with the sugar, fruit and spices, never letting it boil.
- Steep for at least twenty minutes.
- Add the brandy off the heat and serve hot.
