Wine based, built, served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
| Lillet Blanc | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Tonic water | top up, about 100 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with cucumber, strawberry or grapefruit slice.
