Ingredients
| Sambuca | 40 ml (1¼ oz) |
| Coffee beans | 3 pieces |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Pour the sambuca into a shot glass and drop in the coffee beans.
- Light it, let it burn for a few seconds, then blow it out and drink.
- Never move a lit glass, and never leave it burning.
