Espresso Tonic
Low and no based, built, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Tonic water | 150 ml (5 oz) |
| Espresso | 30 ml (1 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice and pour in the tonic.
- Pour the espresso slowly over the top so it layers.
- Serve with an orange peel and let the guest stir.
