Dirty Martini
Gin based, stirred, served in a martini glass.
Ingredients
| Gin | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Dry vermouth | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Olive brine | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir until very cold, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with three olives.
