Whiskey based, stirred, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| Rye whiskey | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Calvados | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Yellow Chartreuse | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir until very cold, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
