Cynar Julep
Aperitivo based, muddled, served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
| Mint leaves | 8 leaves |
| Simple syrup | 7.5 ml (¼ oz) |
| Cynar | 60 ml (2 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Press the mint gently into the syrup in the cup.
- Add the Cynar and fill with crushed ice.
- Stir until frosted, then crown with ice and mint.
