IBA official cocktail, The Unforgettables. Gin based, dry shaken, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| Gin | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Raspberry syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Egg white | 15 ml (½ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Shake everything without ice for 10 seconds to whip the egg white.
- Add ice and shake hard again.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with raspberries.
