Brandy Sour
Brandy based, built, served in a highball.
The national drink of Cyprus, poured long with local brandy.
Ingredients
| Brandy | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 25 ml (¾ oz) |
| Simple syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Angostura bitters | 3 dashes |
| Soda water | top up, about 90 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with lemon slice.
