Artillery Punch
Whiskey based, built, served in a rocks glass.
A Georgia militia punch. Strong enough that the recipe survives mostly as a warning.
Ingredients
| Rye whiskey | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Red wine | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Iced tea | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Lemon juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Simple syrup | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with lemon wheel.
