The Apfelschorle is an alcohol-free drink from Central Europe. It is made with apple juice and soda water, served in a highball over ice.

Apple juice and sparkling water, the default soft drink of Germany and Austria.

Ingredients

Apple juice150 ml (5 oz)
Soda water150 ml (5 oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Fill a highball with ice.
  2. Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
  3. Lift once gently with a barspoon.
