Yakult Soju

Vodka based, built, served in a highball.

A Korean bar favourite: one small bottle of Yakult, one of soju, topped with lemon-lime soda.

Ingredients

Soju60 ml (2 oz)
Yakult65 ml (2¼ oz)
Lemonadetop up, about 100 ml

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Fill a highball with ice.
  2. Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
  3. Lift once gently with a barspoon.
