Vietnamese Iced Coffee

The Vietnamese Iced Coffee is an alcohol-free drink from Vietnam, creamy. It is made with condensed milk and hot coffee, served in a rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients

Condensed milk30 ml (1 oz)
Hot coffee60 ml (2 oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Put the condensed milk in the bottom of a glass.
  2. Drip strong dark coffee over it, traditionally through a phin filter.
  3. Stir and pour over ice.
