Ingredients
| Sweet vermouth | 90 ml (3 oz) |
| Soda water | top up, about 15 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with olive and orange slice.
