Transfusion

The Transfusion is a built vodka cocktail from United States, fresh and citrusy and long and fizzy. It is made with vodka, grape juice, lime juice and more, served in a highball over ice.

The country club golf course drink, served at the turn.

Ingredients

Vodka45 ml (1½ oz)
Grape juice90 ml (3 oz)
Lime juice15 ml (½ oz)
Ginger aletop up, about 60 ml

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Fill a highball with ice.
  2. Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
  3. Lift once gently with a barspoon.
  4. Garnish with lime wedge and grapes.
