IBA official cocktail, The Unforgettables. Brandy based, stirred, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| Cognac | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| White crème de menthe | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir until very cold, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
