Spicy Fifty
IBA official cocktail, New Era. Vodka based, shaken, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| Vanilla vodka | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Elderflower cordial | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Lime juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Honey syrup | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Red chilli | 2 slices |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with red chilli.
