The Spezi is an alcohol-free drink from Central Europe. It is made with cola and orange soda, served in a highball over ice.

Cola and orange soda. Germany’s favourite mix, found on every café menu.

Ingredients

Cola120 ml (4 oz)
Orange soda120 ml (4 oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Fill a highball with ice.
  2. Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
  3. Lift once gently with a barspoon.
  4. Garnish with orange slice.
