Spanish Gin Tonic
Gin based, built, served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
| Gin | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Tonic water | top up, about 150 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a large balloon glass to the top with ice and stir to chill it.
- Pour off the water, add the gin.
- Pour the tonic slowly down a barspoon to keep the bubbles, then garnish.
