Cuba’s oldest mixed drink, traditionally served straight in the coconut.
Ingredients
| White rum | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Coconut water | 120 ml (4 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
