Ingredients
| Cachaça | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Sweet vermouth | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Cynar | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Angostura bitters | 2 drops |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with orange twist.
